RELOCATION SERVICES FROM ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE

• Pre-assignment preparation and Pre-Visit trip – we prepare an itinerary for the employee based on a needs analysis questionnaire and the Company’s relocation policy. The pre-visit orientation will include introducing the employee and family to South Africa,home viewings, school visits, arranging meetings with bank and tax practitioners etc
• Immigration - we assist the employee with all the necessary visas and permits
• Short term housing solutions – we arrange the hotel or temporary accommodation for the employee while on pre-visit or longer-term temporary accommodation until their long term accommodation is available 
• Home search programmes – Coastal Relocations source rental or sale properties and arrange matching the employee’s criteria eg. Location, size, security etc
• School search programmes – we provide the employee with schooling options, setting up school appointments, accompanying on school visits and assisting with admission and registration
• Settling-in assistance – we provide assistance with home key handover, connection of utilities such as DSTV, internet etc, advice on medical, shopping facilities, places of worships, restaurants, recreational amnenities , language and cross-cultural training,purchase of vehicles
